Once you've subscribed to feeds, all new articles appear in your unified newsfeed. We fetch updates every 15 minutes, so you never miss important content.

Unified Stream
See articles from all your feeds in one chronological timeline, sorted by publication date.
Filter by Source
Use the dropdown to view articles from a specific feed, or see everything at once.
Save to Library
Click the bookmark icon on any article to save it to your library. It'll be delivered to your Kindle on your next sync.
Infinite Scroll
Keep scrolling to load older articles. We keep the last 30 days of content from all your feeds.

3. Create Auto-Save Rules

Auto-Save Rules are powerful automation that saves articles matching your criteria directly to your library without any manual clicking. Perfect for curating content about specific topics you care about.

How It Works:

Click "Create Auto-Save Rule" in the Auto-Save Rules tab
Define your criteria: keywords, feeds, and search locations
Matching articles are automatically saved every 15 minutes

Rule Options:

Rule Name
Give your rule a memorable name like "AI Research" or "Climate News"
Search Scope
Apply to all feeds or just one specific feed
Keywords
Space-separated words to match (e.g., "machine learning AI")
Search Location
Match in title only, content only, or both
Create auto-save rules to automatically save matching articles

Example: Create a rule with keywords "climate change renewable energy" searching in both title and content across all feeds. Every 15 minutes, Any2K will automatically save matching articles to your library.

4. Manage Your Feeds and Rules

Manage your subscribed feeds and auto-save rules

Keep your content stream organized and relevant. Any2K makes it easy to adjust your subscriptions and rules as your interests evolve.

Unsubscribe from Feeds
Click "Unsubscribe" on any feed in your My Feeds list. You'll immediately stop receiving new articles from that source.
Edit Auto-Save Rules
Update keywords, change search scope, or adjust search locations for existing rules anytime.
Delete Rules
Remove rules you no longer need. Past auto-saved articles remain in your library.
30-Day History
We keep the last 30 days of articles from your feeds. Older articles are automatically cleaned up to keep your newsfeed fresh.

Tips & Best Practices

Start Small
Subscribe to 5-10 feeds initially to avoid information overload. You can always add more as you get comfortable with the workflow.
Use Specific Keywords
For auto-save rules, use 2-4 specific keywords rather than single generic terms. "quantum computing" works better than just "technology".
Review Regularly
Check your newsfeed a few times per week. Unsubscribe from feeds that aren't providing value, and adjust auto-save rules as needed.
Be Specific with Rules
Create multiple focused rules rather than one broad rule. This gives you better control and reduces false positives.

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are answers to common questions about RSS feeds and auto-save rules:

How often do feeds update?
Any2K checks all your subscribed feeds for new content every 15 minutes. When new articles are published, they'll appear in your newsfeed within 15 minutes. Auto-save rules also run every 15 minutes to catch matching content.
How many feeds can I subscribe to?
Platinum subscribers can subscribe to unlimited RSS feeds. There's no limit on the number of feeds or auto-save rules you can create.
What happens to articles I don't save?
Articles remain in your newsfeed for 30 days, then are automatically cleaned up. Only articles you explicitly save (manually or via auto-save rules) are permanently stored in your library and delivered to your Kindle.
Can I add a feed that's not in your directory?
Absolutely! Paste any RSS feed URL into the search box. Any2K will validate the feed and add it to your subscriptions. Most blogs, podcasts, and news sites publish RSS feeds.
How do auto-save rules prevent duplicates?
Each article has a unique identifier. If an article matches multiple rules or has already been saved manually, Any2K won't create duplicates in your library. You'll only ever have one copy of each article.
